We are partnering with a leading integral mobility company to identify a Country Manager – Sales who will lead the commercial strategy and business expansion across Mexico. Develop and execute the national sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets. Lead dealer and distributor network expansion while strengthening existing partnerships. Drive retail performance, sales forecasting, inventory planning, and business development initiatives. Represent the business with key distributors, strategic partners, and headquarters.



8–12 years of experience in automotive sales within an OEM environment. Proven experience managing dealer/distributor networks in Mexico. Strong leadership, commercial negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Advanced English communication skills. Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
