Key Account Manager – CPG Monetization Area: DiDi Shop – CPG Monetization & Commercial Strategy Location: Mexico City (Hybrid) At DiDi Shop, we are expanding our commercial team and looking for a Key Account Manager - CPG Monetization. This position is responsible for leading the commercial development strategy with major integral Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG/FMCG) brands. The main objective of the role is to build comprehensive business plans that align brand volume goals with digital advertising investment strategies, co-financed promotions, and monetization initiatives on our platform. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage an assigned portfolio of CPG accounts end-to-end. Design, present, and execute annual and semi-annual commercial plans aimed at maximizing revenue and incremental sales for each brand. Negotiate commercial and marketing budgets directly with decision-makers at CPG companies and media agencies. Continuously analyze performance metrics and commercial dashboards to translate numerical data into structured business proposals with clear return on investment (ROI). Ensure a consistent client reinvestment rate,



building long-term business relationships. Collaborate internally with Product, Operations, Marketing, Growth, and Finance teams to guarantee the proper execution of campaigns and initiatives. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, or related fields. Professional Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in Key Account Management (KAM), commercial development, Trade Marketing, E-commerce, or Monetization. Industry Background: Previous experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG/FMCG) companies, E-commerce / Delivery / Quick-Commerce platforms, or agencies specializing in Retail Media and Performance. Analytical & Data Analysis: Proven ability to interpret commercial performance metrics and use them as sales, negotation, and business strategy. Commercial Skills: Solid track record in direct client-facing negotiations with corporate clients, handling objections, and revenue quota responsibility. Languages: Advanced English.
