We are seeking an experienced
Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Integration Engineer
to partner full stack developers to rebuild and modernize an existing field inspection application. In this role, you will serve as the primary authority on the OFSC platform, guiding the integration team through architectural decisions, API design, and implementation best practices to ensure a scalable, reliable connection between our modern application stack and Oracle Field Service Cloud.
Required Skills:
Deep expertise in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), including configuration, data model, and platform capabilities
Strong experience with
OFSC REST APIs (Activity, Resource, Capacity, Core Manage APIs)
OFSC Plugin Framework, JavaScript SDK, and plugin development
OFSC business rules
, routing logic, capacity categories, and work zone configuration
OAuth 2.0
and
OFSC authentication/authorization
patterns
OFSC
integrations with ERP, CRM, GIS
, and enterprise systems via
REST/SOAP, Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft,



or similar middleware
Ability to
translate business and field operations requirements into OFSC data models and workflows
Experience
guiding
developers on
API consumption

payload structures, and error handling
Modern integration patterns:
event-driven architecture, webhooks, and asynchronous messaging
