Sales Director
Overview
The Sales Director is a High–impact, revenue-focused leader responsible for identifying, prospecting and closing new large-scale business opportunities within the SaaS, BPO and Contact Center verticals. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role is a pure "Hunter".
The Sales Director must navigate complex sales cycles, build a robust pipeline from scratch, and orchestrate internal resources to deliver disruptive value propositions that challenge the status quo

l. Represent the company at industry events, executive forums,



and high-level networking circles to generate inbound interest and brand authorit
y. Partner with the Solution Consultant Director to architect "challenger" proposals that combine technology and labor to solve specific client business outcome
s. Conduct high-stakes presentations and negotiations, demostrating a deep understanding of the prospect's P&L; and operational challenge
s. Maintain meticulous records in the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), proving the VP of Sales with accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue forecast
s. Collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure every new deal meets margin requirements and is operationally viable for long-term suces

nce 10+ years of high-ticket sales experience (Enterprice Sales), with al least 5 years specifically in SaaS, BPO or Contact Center Outsourc
