We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial strategy of our Mexico operation within a global logistics organization with a strong international presence. Position Objective Drive sustainable business growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and executing a commercial strategy that delivers measurable business results. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the company's growth while working closely with Operations, Pricing and Customer Service to deliver integrated logistics solutions. Key Responsibilities · Lead the commercial strategy for the Mexican market. · Develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with strategic accounts. · Identify growth opportunities and expand the customer portfolio. · Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, shipping lines, terminals, warehouses and strategic partners. · Collaborate with Operations, Pricing and Customer Service to deliver end-to-end logistics solutions. · Monitor market trends, profitability, pricing and commercial KPIs to support business decisions. · Lead, coach and develop the commercial team. · Represent the company in customer meetings, negotiations and industry events. Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade,
Logistics or a related field. · 7+ years of commercial experience within Freight Forwarding or International Logistics. · Proven track record in Business Development (Hunter profile). · Experience managing Key Accounts. · 5 + Experience leading commercial teams. · Strong knowledge of Ocean Freight and multimodal logistics solutions. · Advanced English (mandatory). · Advanced Microsoft Excel (mandatory). · Power BI (preferred). · Knowledge of the Mining & Metals industry will be considered a strong advantage.
