## Trainning Supervisor應徵locations: Las Fuentes, ***** Ciudad Juárez Chihuahua Mexico *****time type: Full timeposted on: 今天刊登job requisition id: REQ_**********尖端寬頻無線通訊的領導者 邀請您加入共創無限的啟碁。***工作內容說明****General Description**Responsible for the implementation and execution of training and development plans and programs that support the effective performance of the company's operations and workforce.**Key Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations*** Conduct the annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify organizational training requirements and develop the site's annual training plan.* Develop and maintain departmental work procedures in compliance with **ISO ****:******, **IATF *******, **TL ******, and **ESD ****** standards.* Coordinate with the training team to monitor and manage the certification program for critical operations established by the company.* Maintain direct communication with external training providers to evaluate training costs, course content, and instructional quality.* Coordinate with trainers to maintain accurate training records and documentation in accordance with ISO requirements.* Participate in Kaizen events and lead, document, and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.* Serve as an internal instructor when required based on the nature of the training program.* Prepare, validate,



and analyze training reports that support employee development and departmental performance.* Monitor and evaluate the annual training plan, implementing improvements and updates as necessary to ensure effective employee training and development.* Develop and implement training programs for new products, processes, and production launches.**Education, Knowledge, and Experience*** Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering or a related field.* Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.* Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a Training Supervisor or similar role.* Experience supervising and managing personnel.* Knowledge of **STPS** training regulations and requirements, including training matrices, annual training plans, and compliance documentation.* Strategic planning and organizational skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI experience is considered an asset.* Experience using **Tress** and **CIRSE** systems.* Knowledge of production operations certification programs.* Experience ensuring compliance with **ISO ****:****** and **ISO ******* standards.* Knowledge of **TL ******, **IATF *******, and **ESD** requirements and performance metrics.* Knowledge of shop floor integration processes.* Internal Trainer certification preferred.* Certification in Continuous Improvement methodologies such as **Six Sigma**, **8D**, **DMAIC**, or similar is preferred.* Knowledge of **IPC-A-610** and **IPC-*********** industry standards is preferred.
