Product Specialist – Suspension, Brakes & Shock Absorbers Location: Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico (Hybrid) Are you passionate about the automotive aftermarket and experienced in managing product portfolios? We are looking for a Product Specialist to lead key product lines and drive market growth through product strategy, launches, and cross-functional collaboration. What You'll Do Manage and grow product lines focused on Suspension, Brakes and Shock Absorbers. Identify portfolio expansion opportunities through vehicle parc and market analysis. Lead new product launches from concept to commercialization. Develop pricing strategies and competitive market analysis. Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Catalog teams.
Manage product lifecycle, portfolio optimization and product coverage. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Product Specialist, Product Manager or Brand Specialist within the automotive aftermarket. Hands-on experience managing Suspension, Brakes and/or Shock Absorber product lines. Advanced English (required). Comfortable communicating with general teams and suppliers. Advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus. Strong analytical and project management skills.
