Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant
Location: GDL and CDMX (Hybrid/Remote – Please update as applicable)

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and production support activities.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure and customize SAP FI modules, including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Bank Accounting
Configure and support SAP CO modules, including:
Cost Center Accounting
Profit Center Accounting
Internal Orders
Product Costing
Profitability Analysis (COPA)
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Provide L2/L3 production support by resolving incidents, troubleshooting issues, and performing root cause analysis.
Collaborate with MM, SD, and ABAP teams to support integrations and resolve cross-functional issues.
Handle Mexico CFDI requirements, including:
Electronic invoicing
PAC integration
SAT compliance
Regulatory reporting
Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
Participate in Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents,



process documentation, and user guides.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
Minimum of 1–2 end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects.
Strong expertise in SAP FI:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Bank Accounting
Strong knowledge of SAP CO:
Cost Center Accounting
Profit Center Accounting
Internal Orders
Product Costing
COPA (Profitability Analysis)
Experience with SAP production support (L2/L3).
Experience in incident management and root cause analysis.
Hands-on experience with Mexico CFDI and e-invoicing compliance.
Experience with PAC integration and SAT regulations.
Knowledge of LATAM localization, particularly Mexico.
Experience with SAP interfaces, IDOCs, and enhancements.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Experience with FSCM, Treasury, or Taxation modules.
Experience working in general delivery/onshore-offshore environments.
SAP FICO Certification is preferred.
