In this role, you will support HR operations and initiatives that ensure workforce compliance and engagement.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.- Residence in Monterrey, N.L. required.- Knowledge of HR best practices and Organizational Psychology experience.- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and calendar/appointment management.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.- Eager to learn, collaborate, and try new things.- High energy and adaptability,
