We are looking for a Talent Solutions Intern supporting the LATAM Software Developer Engineer recruiting team by developing and optimizing AI-powered tools that enhance the sourcing lifecycle — from candidate identification and engagement to pipeline quality and delivery.
Interns at Amazon Mexico work 6hs a day (30hs/week) for 12 months (internship will be conducted between September **** and September ****).

Participants will join Amazon as Interns at our CDMX Office in Mexico.
Key job responsibilities Expanded duties blending sourcing fundamentals with AI innovation:



•AI Prompt Engineering basic programming/scripting skills (Python preferred); analytical mindset with ability to interpret funnel/pipeline data; strong - • Written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with data visualization or Business Intelligence tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Excel); passion for People related topics such as recruiting or HR.
Knowledge of CRM/Applicant Tracking System systems (iCIMS, Beamery, LinkedIn Recruiter); prior internship or project work in process automation or UX improvement; bilingual (English + Portuguese and/or Spanish) - Experience building internal tools or automations; knowledge of Boolean search logic or sourcing methodologies Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
