Pegatron is a top manufacturing company that mainly develops computing, communications and consumer electronics for branded vendors. We also develops, designs and manufactures computer peripherals and components.

Descripción y Requisitos

· Responsible for contractual matters (e.g., contract review, drafting and negotiations).

· Assisting and managing corporates disputes and other projects.

· Providing legal advice to business, operational and functional units.

· providing legal training to other departments.

Requirements:

· Bachelor of law or above., graduated from major Mexico law schools or experience equivalent.

· Analytical mind with problem solving aptitude.

· Strong communication skills.

· Detail-oriented.

· Fluent in both Spanish and English.





· Solid legal writing skills and communication ability in both English and Spanish are critical.

Minimum of 3~5 years of legal related experiences, as in-house counsel and/or attorney in an international or boutique law firm. (Experiences in manufacturing industry is a plus.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per month
