Appointment Setter – Solar Energy & HVAC (Remote from CDMX)

Location: Remote from Mexico City (CDMX) Clients: NYC and surrounding areas

Job Description: We are seeking a bilingual Appointment Setter (English–Spanish) to support our sales team in the solar energy and HVAC sectors. The primary responsibility will be to make daily outbound calls to warm leads (prospects who have already expressed interest in our products), with the goal of scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team in New York City and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

- Make daily outbound calls to warm leads provided in a list.
- Schedule effective appointments for the sales team.
- Provide basic follow-up to interested prospects.




- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Enjoys engaging with clients and convincing prospects.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
- Experience in solar energy or HVAC is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Base salary: $15,000 MXN net per month.
- $150 USD commission for each appointment that converts into a paid sale.
- 100% remote work from CDMX.
