What You'll Do

- Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Help build and engage our online community.
- Research social media trends, viral content, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.
- Brainstorm creative content ideas with the marketing team.
- Write SEO-optimized blog articles in Spanish.
- Review our website and identify opportunities to improve SEO, user experience, and content performance.
- Recommend new pages, blog topics, and website updates to improve organic traffic and search visibility.
- Help keep our website fresh and up to date with new content.
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
- Analyze content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help maintain consistency across all digital channels.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media, content marketing, SEO, and AI trends.

What We're Looking For

- 1+ year of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
- Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization.
- Excellent writing skills in Spanish.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.




- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude.
- Passion for staying on top of digital marketing trends.

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With

- Canva
- CapCut
- WordPress
- SEO strategy and website optimization
- Writing SEO-friendly blog articles
- AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms
- English (preferred, but not required)
