Recruiter for USA Trucking

We seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our fast growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding Cargo Van and Sprinter Van Owner Operators for the U.S. transportation industry.

Main Responsibilities:
- Contact assigned Owner Operator leads via email and call.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Collect and verify all required driver documentation.
- Enter and manage candidate and driver data across company platforms and systems.
- Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Update drivers current location.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday
06:00 AM – 03:30 PM Monterrey Time

Training: Online
Work Format:



On-site in Monterrey starting in September.

Requirements:
- C1 level English with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently over the phone and build rapport with candidates.

Compensation:
$900 USD fix base
$20 USD bonus/ per each driver onboarded

Averagely a recruiter is able to onboard 20-40 drivers monthly.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Pay: $18,000.00 - $23,900.00 per month
