Lock It Lending is growing rapidly and looking for an experienced Mortgage Recruiter to help us expand both our Call Center Division and our Independent Loan Officer (ILO) platform.

We are looking for someone who understands the mortgage industry, can identify top talent, and knows how to recruit both high-volume sales professionals and experienced self-producing loan officers.

About the Two DivisionsCall Center Division

This is a high-energy inside sales environment where loan officers work company-provided leads and transfers. The Call Center team focuses on refinance, purchase, FHA, VA, Non-QM, DSCR, and HELOC opportunities using company systems, dialers, CRM tools, and marketing support.

This environment is fast-paced, competitive, and production-driven. Loan officers are expected to make high call volume, follow structured processes, and thrive in a team setting with daily accountability.

Independent Loan Officer (ILO) Division





This division is for experienced self-producing loan officers who already generate their own business through Realtors, builders, investors, referrals, and personal networks.

These loan officers operate independently and are typically looking for:

- Broker flexibility
- Faster closings
- Competitive pricing
- Access to multiple lenders and loan products
- Freedom without micromanagement

The type of candidates we need for the ILO division:

- Producing loan officers
- Realtor-connected loan officers
- Branch managers with teams
- Loan officers leaving retail banks or correspondent lenders
- Self-sourced producers with established referral relationships

Responsibilities

- Recruit Call Center loan officers and sales staff
- Recruit experienced Independent Loan Officers nationwide
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and industry networking
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
- Make hiring recommendations and hiring decisions based on company standards




- Coordinate onboarding for approved hires
- Track recruiting pipeline and candidate follow-up
- Build long-term recruiting relationships within the mortgage industry
- Help scale both the Call Center and ILO divisions aggressively

Requirements

- Previous mortgage recruiting experience required
- Experience recruiting loan officers or call center sales teams preferred
- Ability to identify strong sales talent and self-producing mortgage professionals
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
- English required, bilingual Spanish preferred

Compensation

- Base pay: 25,000-35,000+ MXN per month depending on experience
- Additional bonuses and incentives based on performance and successful hires
