The Mission

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Multi-Entity Bookkeeper to become the financial backbone of our businesses. This is not a simple data-entry bookkeeping role. Your mission is to create financial clarity across our companies so leadership can spend less time on day-to-day finance administration and more time growing the business.

In addition to our ecommerce operations, we own and manage multiple real estate entities, holding companies, and management companies. The successful candidate will help maintain financial clarity across this ecosystem while building systems that scale with the business.

You will work across approximately 15, including:

· International ecommerce businesses

· Real estate holding and operating companies

· Management companies

· Intercompany and shareholder loan structures

What You Will Be Responsible For

· Daily bookkeeping across multiple entities

· Bank and credit card reconciliations

· Recording ecommerce sales and maintaining accurate ledgers

· Managing accounts payable and expense tracking

· Preparing GST, QST, and other tax reports

· Payroll journal entries and payroll support

· Intercompany reconciliations and loan tracking

· Month-end closes and financial reporting

· Identifying discrepancies and resolving issues proactively

· Improving systems and implementing workflow efficiencies

Success in This Role Looks Like

· Deliver accurate financial statements by the 7th business day.

· Maintain highly organized books across all companies.

· Operate independently with minimal supervision.





· Continuously improve processes and efficiency.

· Reduce leadership involvement in day-to-day bookkeeping and finance administration.

We're Looking For Someone Who

· Has extensive bookkeeping experience with multiple companies or entities.

· Is highly proficient in QuickBooks Online.

· Has exceptional attention to detail.

· Enjoys solving problems independently.

· Communicates clearly and professionally.

· Takes ownership and follows through.

· Is organized, dependable, and process-driven.
