BEPC has an open position for a Laboratory & Validation Engineer to support laboratory testing, validation activities, and controlled documentation processes. The idóneo candidate will have a background in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry (QFB), Biology, or a related scientific field, with hands-on laboratory experience and a strong understanding of documentation practices.

This position requires excellent attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to understand written English for the execution of validation protocols and documentation changes. Recent graduates with relevant laboratory experience or academic exposure are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform and support laboratory testing activities in accordance with established procedures and quality requirements.
- Execute Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) protocols.
- Prepare, review, execute, and maintain laboratory and validation documentation.
- Support documentation changes and document control activities.
- Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Accurately document test results, observations, deviations, and other relevant laboratory information.
- Operate and/or support qualification activities for laboratory testing equipment.
- Follow applicable laboratory procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.




- Support validation and laboratory activities using WinKQCL software.
- Collaborate with Quality, Validation, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams as required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (QFB), Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Laboratory testing experience is highly preferred; relevant academic laboratory experience may be considered for recent graduates.
- Solid understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Experience with laboratory and/or validation documentation.
- Knowledge of document change processes and controlled documentation.
- Knowledge or experience in the execution of IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols.
- Knowledge of WinKQCL software is preferred.
- Familiarity with laboratory testing equipment such as:
- Thermo Scientific Nicolet iS10 FT-IR
- TA Instruments TGA Q55
- Thermo Scientific Nicolet iS50 FT-IR
- Intermediate English proficiency, particularly the ability to read and understand technical documentation, procedures, and validation protocols.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accurate documentation.
- Excellent attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a laboratory environment.
