We're looking for an experienced Resident Services Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex situations, and isn't afraid to make difficult decisions when necessary. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people while enforcing company policies fairly and consistently.

As our company continues to grow, we're expanding our Resident Services Team to ensure every resident receives prompt, professional service while maintaining the high standards that define Sun-Pro.

What You'll Do

As a Resident Services Manager, you'll oversee the resident experience throughout the lease lifecycle while working closely with our Property Managers and leadership team.

Responsibilities include:

- Manage resident delinquency, payment follow-up, and collection efforts.
- Coordinate lease renewals from start to finish.
- Manage resident move-out processes and related communications.
- Resolve resident concerns and disputes while maintaining professionalism and company standards.
- De-escalate difficult situations with confidence and sound judgment.
- Review and respond to resident communications through phone, email, text, and task management systems.
- Maintain accurate lease documentation and resident records.
- Follow established company policies while exercising independent decision-making within company guidelines.
- Collaborate with Property Managers on unique or escalated situations.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to operational efficiency.




- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can balance outstanding customer service with policy enforcement.

- Experienced in residential property management (required)
- Confident and professional during difficult conversations
- Calm under pressure and able to de-escalate conflict
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Task-driven and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable making decisions and accepting accountability
- A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Self-motivated and able to work independently after training
- Passionate about helping people while maintaining consistency and fairness
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

Preferred Experience

- Residential Property Management experience (required)
- Buildium experience preferred
- LeadSimple experience preferred
- Google Workspace experience preferred
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn software platforms
