We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the full recruitment and onboarding cycle for Cargo Van and Sprinter Van Owner Operators in the U.S. transportation industry.

Main Responsibilities

- Source and contact Owner Operator leads via email and phone
- Guide candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process
- Collect, verify, and maintain all required driver documentation
- Enter and manage candidate and driver data across company platforms
- Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Track and update drivers' current status and location

Schedule
Monday through Friday
06:00 AM – 03:30 PM Monterrey Time

Training: Online
Work Format: Remote (online)

Requirements

- C1 level English with strong written and spoken communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Confident communicator over the phone with ability to build rapport quickly

Compensation

- $900 USD fixed base
- $20 USD bonus per driver successfully onboarded
- Average performance: 20–40 drivers onboarded per month

Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Pay: $18,000.00 - $23,900.00 per month
