Accounts Payable Specialist / Purchasing Operations

Pay Rate:

- $7.00/hour (~$1,214.50/month) – For candidates with QuickBooks experience
- $6.00/hour (~$1,041.00/month) – For candidates without QuickBooks experience

Shift & Schedule:

- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Position (Immediate Hire / ASAP)

Location: Remote (Latin America)

KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Execute daily Accounts Payable (AP) workflows, including vendor bill entry, invoice matching, and payment record tracking.
- Support procurement and supply chain operations through order processing, vendor communication, and tracking logs.
- Perform routine accounting tasks, update tracking spreadsheets, and maintain accurate operational records.
- Provide dependable administrative support to the finance and purchasing teams.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoicing, purchasing, or billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Adapt to expanding operational duties and financial workflows as company operations grow.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Direct experience working within the purchasing, procurement,



or supply chain industry.
- Proven experience performing accounting-related functions; hands-on Accounts Payable (AP) experience is required.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online preferred.
- Advanced English speaking and communication skills.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

- Strong ability to follow documented procedures, manage time effectively, and work independently.

TECHNICAL & WORKSPACE REQUIREMENTS:

- High-speed internet connectivity with mandatory backup power solutions (uninterrupted workflow during working hours).
- Dedicated quiet space / home office setup.

Pay: $105.00 - $120.00 per hour

- Purchase/Buyer, Supply Chain, Procurement Industry: 2 years (Required)
