Description and Requirements

About the role

In the NA Customer Fulfillment department at Lenovo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for our customers from the moment they place an order until they receive their products. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail,



and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Backlog Management: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Verify product availability, pricing, and delivery information.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding order status, shipping, and delivery times. Provide clear and timely responses through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, issues, or discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, or products. Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve complex problems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions (including customer feedback) and order commits. Alert appropriate teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Position Requirements:

- Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
- 2~4 years of Supply Chain Experience
- Advanced Excel skills.
- SAP/S4, PowerBi (Desired)
- Advanced English proficiency (Mandatory)
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
- Experience in Customer Service
- Strong ownership, leadership and sense of urgency.
- Positive attitude.
- Innovative thinking.
- Proactive and organized.
