Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in automotive manufacturing.

- Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost objectives.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, efficiency and profitability.
- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing methodoloies.
- Build accountability within the organization through coaching, performance management and talent development.
- Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex operational challenges.
- Manage labor, material and operational costs while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of ownership, discipline and continuous learning.
- Support the Plant Manager in achieving the site's strategic and financial objectives.
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience leading change management and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
