Responsibilities- Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations- Supporting financial reporting, close, compliance, and internal control activities- Maintaining the integrity of accounting records- Managing the monthly close process- Supervising accounting staff- Ensuring compliance with company policies and U.S. GAAP- Working closely with the Director of Finance to support internal controls, audit readiness, process improvements, and accounting system optimizationRequirements- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance- CPA or equivalent accounting certification preferred- 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial close processes- Experience managing month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations- Knowledge of U.S.



GAAP- Experience working with ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred)- Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills- Public accounting experience preferred- Experience supporting internal controls and audit processes- Experience with multi-entity organizations- Experience with accounting process documentation- Experience working with distributed or offshore accounting teams- Experience in healthcare, senior living, or multi-location service organizations is a plus.- Strong attention to detail and accounting accuracy- Organized and process-oriented- Effective team leader and collaborator- Systems-minded with an interest in process improvement and automation- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment- Comfortable working within a distributed international team structure.#J-18808-Ljbffr
