Job Description Summary: Mexico City, InsurgentesThis role is based in Mexico City, Insurgentes.About this roleStep into a pivotal leadership role where you shape financial integrity and drive business impact across the organization.As an Order to Cash Manager, you will lead a high-performing team, ensuring accurate reporting, strong compliance, and robust financial controls while partnering with stakeholders to enable strategic decision-making.This is your opportunity to influence critical financial processes, strengthen governance, and contribute meaningfully to Novartis's mission of improving lives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead execution of financial reporting and accounting strategies aligned with regional and general objectives.Manage and develop a high-performing team of financial reporting and accounting professionals.Oversee budgeting processes and ensure accurate financial planning within scope of responsibility.Ensure compliance with internal controls through regular testing, audits, and monitoring activities.Deliver timely statutory, financial, and management reports to internal and external stakeholders.Drive integrity and efficiency of financial systems across tax, inventory, payments, and purchasing data.Lead risk management processes, ensuring effective controls, compliance,
