Objective:The Residence Manager serves as the primary liaison between owners, residents, and the various operational departments of SHA, fostering an exclusive, efficient, and detail-oriented experience while ensuring the proper operation of residences in accordance with the brand’s luxury, wellness, and quality standards.Additionally, this role is responsible for leading the assigned team, coordinating personalized services, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the hospitality philosophy and holistic wellness approach of SHA Mexico.What will your main responsibilities be?- Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of residential properties, guaranteeing that owner satisfaction, property maintenance, staff management, and financial performance meet established objectives.- Act as the main point of contact for owners and residents through close, professional, and efficient communication.- Develop a strategic relationship with owners to strengthen the connection between the Residences and SHA Mexico.- Establish and foster a proactive and collaborative relationship between the Residences team and SHA Mexico's operational and administrative teams.- Implement the necessary policies and procedures to ensure the proper operational and administrative functioning of the Residences with a focus on continuous improvement.- Prepare reports and documents to promptly communicate performance indicators, follow up on action plans, and manage incidents within their area of responsibility.- Manage special requests, incidents, and requirements from residents and guests,



ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.- Ensure that the physical condition of the property is aligned with the highest standards of maintenance, functionality, and compliance with established regulations.- Facilitate and follow up on leasing processes, renewals, and contract terminations, ensuring efficient management aligned with established policies and standards.- Accompany visits from external personnel, such as contractors and/or vendors, ensuring proper access logging.- Guarantee the safety of guests, residents, and staff through proper access control, with a focus on maintaining owner privacy.- Verify owners' monthly account statements, ensuring errors are corrected and questioning charges based on visits and consumption.- Keep documentation related to the residences under their responsibility complete and up to date, such as insurance policies, contracts, and other related documents.- Coordinate and ensure that residential services, including housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge, are carried out with the highest level of professionalism and adherence to luxury standards.- Lead, develop, and supervise the team assigned to the residential area, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.- Analyze and plan appropriate inventory, supply,
