Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Analytics & Data Quality- Own marketing data collection, validation, and reporting.- Analyze and troubleshoot marketing data discrepancies across platforms, data feeds, and reporting systems.- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new MarTech implementations, enhancements, and vendor integrations.- Investigate data quality issues, identify root causes, and partner with engineering teams to resolve tracking and reporting gaps.- Pull, analyze, and interpret marketing performance data using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and enterprise reporting platforms.- Develop actionable insights that improve campaign performance, customer engagement, and measurement accuracy.- Create documentation and testing plans to support ongoing platform enhancements.Marketing Technology & Integrations- Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Media teams to implement scalable marketing technology solutions.- Understand the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing data, including: Data collection, Identity resolution, Consent management, Audience creation, Activation, Attribution, Measurement, Reporting- Support integrations across platforms such as: MetaRouter, LiveRamp, Branch, Singular, CDPs and audience activation platforms- Validate data flows, APIs, event streams, and platform configurations to ensure accurate data capture and activation.Audience Strategy & Activation- Support audience segmentation and activation efforts across paid media, CRM, personalization, and customer engagement channels.- Understand audience creation methodologies, identity resolution, and customer matching strategies.- Validate audience eligibility, activation logic,



and downstream platform delivery.- Collaborate with Media and CRM teams to ensure audience performance is measurable and optimized.- Assist in developing audience measurement and attribution frameworks.Privacy, Compliance & Data Governance- Support compliance initiatives related to consumer privacy regulations, including: CCPA / CPRA, GDPR, Emerging privacy regulations- Support consent management solutions, including OneTrust.- Understand consent signals, cookie governance, consumer data deletion processes, and privacy-related system configurations.- Partner with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Engineering teams to ensure marketing technologies remain compliant.Vendor & Stakeholder Management- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology partners.- Build and maintain strong relationships with MarTech vendors, implementation partners, and platform providers.- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable workstreams.- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Digital Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, or related disciplines.- Advanced SQL proficiency required, including the ability to independently query, analyze, validate, and troubleshoot complex datasets.- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery,



or Databricks.- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics.- Proven experience troubleshooting marketing data feeds, integrations, reporting discrepancies, and data quality issues.- Experience performing UAT, implementation validation, and production readiness testing.- Strong understanding of the end-to-end MarTech ecosystem and customer data lifecycle.- Experience supporting audience creation, segmentation, and activation strategies.- Familiarity with attribution methodologies, identity resolution, and marketing measurement frameworks.- Working knowledge of privacy regulations and consent management practices, including CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, and OneTrust.- Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications- Experience leveraging AI technologies to improve testing, troubleshooting, documentation, reporting, or process automation.- Understanding of paid media ecosystems, attribution platforms, and online/offline measurement strategies.- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.Success ProfileThe idóneo candidate:- Is highly analytical and naturally curious.- Has a passion for marketing technology, data, and measurement.- Takes ownership and operates with minimal supervision.- Can quickly diagnose and resolve complex data and integration issues.- Understands both the business and technical sides of marketing technology.- Builds trusted relationships across stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.- Thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly to changing priorities.- Embraces emerging technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
