Head of Technical Sales Mexico | Future Country LeadershipIndustrial Technology | Greenfield Build-Up | P&L; LeadershipOur client, a leading European manufacturer of high-performance industrial components is seeking an entrepreneurial, technically accomplished Head of Technical Sales and Business Development to establish and lead its new Mexican subsidiary.This strategic greenfield mandate requires a strong technical-commercial leader able to build the business from the ground up—developing the market, acquiring key customers, establishing the local organization and assuming full P&L; responsibility.Key Responsibilities:- Establish and lead the Mexican subsidiary in alignment with the European headquarters.- Define and execute the commercial strategy for Mexico.- Drive new business and develop key accounts across automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and broader industrial sectors.- Translate complex customer needs into technically and commercially compelling solutions.- Build an effective after-sales structure covering technical support, spare parts and customer service.- Assume full responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, revenue and profitability.- Recruit, lead and develop the local sales, service and administrative organization.Profile Background:- Technical degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.- Proven success in complex B2B sales,
