Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely follow-up on purchase orders, shipments, and invoicing while meeting service level commitments. Collaborate with Planning, Production, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure product availability and demand fulfillment.Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.- Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates as needed.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.- Provide product and service information to customers.- Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining high service standards.- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction,



and quality standardsMinimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Customer Service roles within a manufacturing environment.- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).- Advanced English (business and conversational proficiency).- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent), capacity planning, and production constraint management.Preferred Qualifications- Customer portals management.- Shipping and billing experience.
