Negotiations InternPosition PurposeProvide support to the Procurement Department in supplier management, quotation analysis, and negotiation processes, contributing to cost optimization, on-time delivery performance, and the strengthening of business relationships.Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with internal procurement and sourcing policies.- Participate in meetings with suppliers to follow up on agreements and business opportunities.- Collaborate on cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.- Assist in the preparation of reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department.- Maintain supplier databases and related documentation up to date.- Follow up on purchase orders and commitments agreed upon with suppliers.- Prepare comparative supplier analyses considering cost,



quality, and service.- Participate in negotiation processes related to pricing, delivery times, commercial terms, and contracts.- Request, collect, and compare quotations for materials, products, and services.- Support the identification, evaluation, and development of potential suppliers.Requirements- Availability to work the required schedule.- Intermediate English proficiency.- Expected graduation date within one year.- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
