Electrical Components International (ECI) is looking for a talented and creative Global Communications & Marketing Specialist to join our Global Marketing & Communications team.Why Join ECI's Global Marketing & Communications Team?This is an opportunity to build a global portfolio while working alongside an experienced international team.At ECI, you'll have the opportunity to:- Support more than 30 ECI locations across North America, Europe, and Asia.- Work on projects with global visibility, collaborating directly with executive leadership and international teams.- Create impactful content for corporate communications, global campaigns, manufacturing facilities, customer events, trade shows, executive presentations, and digital platforms.- Travel throughout Mexico and the United States to capture professional photography and video at ECI facilities, customer locations, and industry events.- Work with professional-grade photography and videography equipment, allowing you to produce high-quality multimedia content.- Access industry-leading creative software and licensed resources, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Envato Elements, and Magnific, so you have everything you need to bring your ideas to life.Key Responsibilities- Develop creative assets for internal communication campaigns across Mexico.- Design marketing materials for digital, print, presentations, events, and corporate communications.- Produce, film, edit, and publish professional videos for internal and external audiences.- Capture high-quality photography and videography at manufacturing facilities, customer visits, employee events, executive meetings, and corporate activities.- Create graphics, infographics, newsletters, posters, presentations, digital signage, and other communication materials.- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic communication and branding initiatives that strengthen ECI's global brand.- Support trade shows, plant events, executive visits,



and corporate marketing initiatives.- Assist with content creation for social media, websites, presentations, and other digital platforms.- Travel to ECI facilities to develop visual content and support communication projects.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, multimedia production, graphic design, or a related creative role.- Strong professional portfolio demonstrates expertise in graphic design, branding, photography, videography, and multimedia content creation.Technical SkillsRequired- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign)- Strong graphic design skills with the ability to create visually compelling marketing and communication materials across print and digital platforms.- Professional photography and videography using DSLR or mirrorless cameras.- Video production, editing, color correction, and basic motion graphics- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create professional, visually engaging presentations.- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Preferred- Drone photography and videography experience.- Experience managing website content in WordPress.Skills & Competencies- Strong graphic design and visual storytelling abilities.- Excellent photography and video production skills.- Creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Strong organizational and project management skills.- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative.Language Requirements- Intermediate English (required) with the ability to communicate effectively with integral teams through meetings, emails, and collaborative projects.Travel Requirements- Willingness and ability to travel within Mexico and the United States to support corporate events, manufacturing facilities, customer visits, trade shows, and content creation.- Travel approximately 2–3 times per quarter, depending on business needs.
