Sales Specialist — Mexico (BOOKR Class)

Own BOOKR's commercial footprint in Mexico by driving direct sales to schools and institutions and building a high-performing distributor network. You'll report to the Regional Head of Sales, run the local funnel in Hub Spot, and hit ARR/adoption targets for the region.

Direct selling — Identify, qualify, and close new business with public/private schools, language centres, and corporate buyers; deliver on-site/virtual demos, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Pipeline & reporting — Keep clean deal/contact/activity data in Hub Spot ; deliver weekly forecasts and KPI snapshots to the Head of Sales.
Partner enablement — Train distributors' sales teams on value, demo flow, and objection handling; 3+ years quota-carrying success in EdTech or SaaS in Mexico , covering both direct enterprise deals and channel sales.
~ Fluent Spanish and professional English; Hands-on Hub Spot user; comfortable with Excel/Sheets .

~ Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Education, or related field.
