Join Our Team as:
Executive Assistant to the Finance Director
Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, or related fields.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the CFO’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and shifting priorities.
- Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, itineraries, and expense management.
- Track executive commitments, action items, deadlines, and strategic initiatives to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, prepare agendas, compile materials, record meeting minutes, and monitor follow-up actions.
- Support strategic projects by consolidating information, preparing status updates, and coordinating stakeholder meetings.
- Prepare, review, and format executive presentations, reports,
dashboards, and business review materials.
- Maintain and safeguard confidential financial, corporate, and organizational information.
- Support financial planning cycles, including monthly closings, forecasts, budgeting activities, audits, and corporate reporting requirements.
- Coordinate communication and information flow between the CFO and regional, integral, and local stakeholders.
- Assist with governance, compliance, audit activities, and documentation management.
- Monitor and update executive reports and key business indicators, including sales, EBIT, SG&A;, cash flow, inventory, DSO, FX, and CAPEX metrics.
- Manage purchase orders, vendor coordination, invoice tracking, and departmental administrative budgets.
- Coordinate executive events, leadership meetings, workshops, corporate visits, and regional meetings.
Requirements and Knowledge:
- 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives such as a CFO, VP, Country Manager, or Managing Director.
- Experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of accounting and corporate finance.
- Experience preparing reports and executive presentations.
