We're looking for aManager, Agile Program Managementto lead the successful delivery of large-scale digital transformation initiatives for one of our strategic retail clients.In this role, you'll serve as a trusted delivery leader, partnering with client stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams to drive Agile excellence, delivery governance, and continuous improvement across multiple workstreams. You'll help teams deliver business value while ensuring alignment with retail priorities, operational excellence, and enterprise-scale Agile practices.Your ImpactLead Agile delivery across multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and client priorities.Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) planning.Coach teams on Agile best practices while promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Identify and remove delivery impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and protect teams from scope creep and delivery disruptions.Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineering,
