The Senior Designer (Nearshore) is responsible for the creative development and execution of packaging and digital design assets across label partner titles and retail platforms.

This role delivers high-quality, production-ready creative across physical and digital formats, including Steelbook packaging and retail banner campaigns for Amazon and Movies Unlimited, while mentoring junior designers and ensuring adherence to Alliance creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Execution

Develop key art, packaging, and digital assets for label partner releases and retail platforms.

Ensure design alignment with brand guidelines, licensing, and retail specifications.

Packaging, Production & Print Expertise

Prepare production-ready packaging files including UHD, Blu-ray, DVD, and Steelbook formats.

Maintain expertise in Steelbook file setup, print standards, and vendor requirements.

Perform QC on all final artwork files before release.

Deliver final approved files to US-based printing facilities.

Manage color accuracy and conduct color review for print production.

Retail & Digital Campaign Development

Design Amazon A+ content,



banners, and retail campaigns.

Create Movies Unlimited banner campaigns.

Support high-volume retail deliverables with a focus on consistency and performance.

Team Leadership & Development

Manage and mentor 2 Jr. Designers.

Review work, provide feedback, and ensure quality standards are met.

Workflow & Collaboration

Collaborate with Creative Manager and US-based leadership.

Coordinate with Asset Coordinator to ensure smooth asset flow and delivery.

Future Scope Expansion

Initially focused on non-studio label partners and retail execution.

Will expand to Studio TV and Catalog titles over time.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in home entertainment, film, TV, or packaging design.

Strong portfolio including Amazon campaign work and packaging.

Experience with Steelbook production and file preparation.

Strong understanding of print production and color management.

Leadership experience managing or mentoring designers.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
