our flagship high-end product designed to redefine urban mobility through a better and reliable experience. Premier is one of DiDi's priority growth categories in Latin America, live and scaling in Mexico. Our mission is to curate a seamless ecosystem where every touchpoint, for both passengers and drivers, reflects a premium standard.

We are looking for an experienced strategist and operator to own the category's planning backbone: the growth and financial models, the operating rhythm, the executive narrative, the product agenda, and the incubation of what comes next. You will report to the head of the category and operate as a peer to the leads of its operating teams, owning the function that keeps the plan honest, tells the story to senior leadership, sets the product agenda across the category, and runs the high-ambiguity projects that do not fit anywhere else.
