As a Driver Loyalty Intern,



you'll work on strategic projects with regional impact across Latin America. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Product, Data Science, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and CX- to launch new initiatives, analyze business performance, and help shape the future of the driver experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems through analytics, experimentation, and AI.

In this role, you'll be...

Assisting in the design and execution of driver loyalty and engagement initiatives.
Supporting the development of loyalty benefits and incentive programs while analyzing their performance and business impact.
Collaborating with Product, Marketing, CX, Marketplace, BI, Data Science, Finance, and Operations teams to strengthen the value proposition for drivers.
