The job involves serving as a Subject Matter Expert to manage assigned technical Property-related/MEPF matters in Ikano Retail (Southeast Asia and Mexico regions). The focus is to ensure the efficient and effective operations of our properties, adhering to standards and objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, long-term planning, implementing innovative solutions, promoting operational excellence, coordinating climate transition initiatives, and collaborating with the Expansion team for new properties.
Your assignment
The role will be based in Mexico and act as the functional manager for the Facility Managers across all IKEA units in Mexico, while also serving as a Subject Matter Expert in Property-related and MEPF matters across Southeast Asia and Mexico. We are seeking a mature, independent and skilled Property Management leader to represent our team in Property-related committees and working groups in Mexico and across the region.
