About the Role
Essential Job Functions:
As a Technical Account Manager, you will provide technical expertise across IT infrastructure areas such as servers, networks, data center services, and related business continuity services throughout the contract lifecycle. You will oversee service delivery performance against budget, quality standards, customer requirements, and contractual terms while managing the technical and service relationship between DXC, the client, and subcontractors or vendors. You will partner with key customer representatives, Infrastructure Support Managers, Client Managers, and Account Delivery Managers to retain customers, support service excellence, and help grow the business.
