Mexico and play a key role in supporting our international operations.

In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and employees to drive
HR excellence across the employee lifecycle. Reporting directly to the Head of
HR, ArcelorMittal International, you will combine strategic thinking with
hands-on execution to deliver impactful people solutions that support business
growth and employee engagement.

What You'll Do

As a trusted HR partner, you will:

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse range of positions.
* Partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top talent.
* Ensure accurate recruitment reporting and data management within HR systems.

Onboarding & Employee Experience
* Create an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires.
* Support employees in understanding HR processes, policies,



and mandatory
training requirements.
* Help foster a welcoming, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

Performance & Talent Management
* Drive the annual performance management cycle and support meaningful
development conversations.
* Coach managers and employees on performance, career growth, and development
opportunities.
* Identify and support high-potential talent and succession planning
initiatives.

Learning & Development
* Assess organizational and individual development needs.
* Recommend and implement learning solutions that strengthen capabilities and
leadership skills.
* Support the creation and follow-up of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).

Employee Engagement & Culture
* Contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
* Analyze engagement survey results and support action plans that enhance the
employee experience.
