Job Description

Ensure the profitability and reliability of the warehouse through excellent customer service, managing brand standards and ensuring the correct and necessary supply for internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

Control of warehouse entries and exits.
Guarantee the pre-picking of spare parts.
Guarantee attention to customer needs.
Guarantee compliance with KPIs under target.
Ensure warehouse control.
Guarantee the availability of parts and service during ongoing or upcoming technical campaigns.




Guarantee constant improvement proposals in the warehouse.

TASKS

Verify availability of requested materials.
Prepare orders (Picking) and deliver spare parts.
Pack and ship materials via courier.
Receive materials, check against packing-list and record discrepancies.
Execute cycle counts according to the calendar.
Report inconsistencies or damage to received or stored products.
Physically locate parts in the correct place and record movements in the system.
Assist in loading and unloading materials using forklifts or mobile equipment.
Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area according to 5S.
Manage materials through vouchers and report consumption.
Support in the review and packaging of materials for buyback and cores.
Comply with the records required by the system and its indicators.

EDUCATION

High school, TSU or Technical degree completed.
