- Act as the facilities operations representative within capital building projects, ensuring facilities systems and utilities are designed, constructed, and commissioned to support safe, efficient, and reliable long-term operations.
- Participate in early project phases influencing technical design decisions related to utilities infrastructure, energy systems, maintainability, accessibility, and operational readiness of facilities.
- Review and validate engineering builds, technical specifications,



and construction work to ensure compliance with LEGO Group standards, operational requirements, and applicable local laws.
- Participate in and technically validate commissioning activities for facilities systems including electrical distribution, HVAC, water systems, compressed air, fire protection systems, and building management systems, ensuring systems meet operational, safety, and performance requirements prior to handover.
- Ensure operational readiness of new facilities by defining maintenance strategies, asset management frameworks, operational procedures, and technical documentation prior to project handover.
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and project teams to ensure alignment between building design, project execution, and long-term facilities operations.
