We are looking for a motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented Real Estate Agent to help clients find their adecuado property, whether they are buying, selling, or investing.

Responsabilities :

Prospect and develop new client relationships.
Understand each client's needs, goals, and property criteria.
Match clients with properties that meet their expectations.
Schedule and conduct property showings.
Guide clients throughout the buying and selling process.
Negotiate offers and support clients through closing.
Build and maintain a strong network of clients and referral partners.
Promote properties through various marketing channels and social media.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up throughout the client journey.
Qualifications :

Experience in sales, real estate,



or customer service is an asset.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Goal-oriented and comfortable working on a commission-based compensation structure.
Proficient with social media and digital tools.
Driver's license and access to a vehicle are an asset.
Currently living in Playa del Carmen or willing to relocate.
Proficiency in an additional language is an asset.
