You will be instrumental in the detailed mechanical HVAC engineering design for a diverse array of building projects including transportation hubs, aviation facilities, educational institutions, corporate campuses, healthcare environments, restaurants, and hospitality venues. Your role involves performing precise HVAC load calculations compliant with ASHRAE standards (including ASHRAE 90.1 and ASHRAE 62.1), referencing and applying International Mechanical Code (IMC) requirements, NFPA fire protection standards, and NEC electrical considerations for HVAC systems design.

Responsibilities

Our Mechanical Engineer will employ advanced Revit modeling techniques to develop, coordinate, and validate 3D HVAC systems layouts, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical components with architectural and structural disciplines.

Working closely with project managers, discipline leads, and client representatives, you will lead HVAC design reviews and rigorous quality gate checkpoints that support risk mitigation and compliance with safety protocols throughout all design phases.
