Establish, implement, negotiate, standardize, control, and improve supplier quality system activities—as well as quarantine area operations—to supply products that meet specifications based on drawings (PPAP) and the requirements defined in customer-agreed acceptance boundaries.

Requirements.
Negotiate, coordinate, and implement—in collaboration with suppliers—containment actions, quality campaigns, and corrective measures addressing out-of-specification materials, with the aim of preventing escapes to the customer and ensuring operational continuity.
Oversee the performance and duties of Quarantine Inspectors, ensuring the proper segregation, identification, disposition, and traceability of non-conforming material.
Maintain control and organization of the raw material quarantine area, ensuring compliance with internal non-conforming product procedures and maintaining product integrity.
Manage supplier rejections and the recovery of costs associated with quality issues by gathering and presenting required evidence, escalating cases to Purchasing when necessary,



and following up until resolution.
Review, agree upon, and keep up to date the acceptance criteria, technical specifications, and quality requirements with both external and internal suppliers.
Lead and drive problem-solving activities with critical suppliers using structured root cause analysis methodologies and permanent corrective actions, ensuring the elimination of recurrences.
Develop, maintain, and communicate supplier performance KPIs, including PPM, delivery performance, repeat issues, response times, costs of poor quality, and corrective action effectiveness.
Ensure the quality of supplied raw materials and components by implementing and monitoring reaction plans for quality defects that could lead to production stoppages, customer risks, or non-compliance with requirements.
Coordinate internal and external containment activities, enhanced inspections, Controlled Shipping, and any actions required
