How You Will Contribute

Develop and strengthen customer relationships across all levels within assigned modern trade accounts.
Execute the commercial strategy for the customer and channel.
Support the delivery of the Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP).
Drive sell-in and sell-out performance, ensuring in-store excellence.
Optimize the use of resources in order to maximize profitability in the operation.

More About This Role
The Jr Sales Representative – Modern Trade will be responsible for supporting the strategic development of modern trade accounts (supermarkets/self-service chains, price clubs, and health & beauty stores) for SKINTIFIC México. This role is central to driving revenue, ensuring in-store excellence, joint business planning (JBP), and execution of promotional strategies, working in close collaboration with internal teams, the KAM and the customer.

What you need to know about this position:
Follow up on customer processes: new item setup, catalog updates, promotional grids, results review, and promotion tracking.
Monitor supply KPIs and track forecast movements.
Drive sell-in and sell-out performance by assigned channel and account.
Monitor and report KPIs: sell-in, sell-out, share of shelf, and market
