What You Will Do

Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of quality issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and optimize processes.




Perform product and process audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and corrective action plans.
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide training and support to employees on quality control procedures and best practices.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role, preferably within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO standards.
Proficient in root cause analysis techniques and problem-solving methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
