Where You’ll Make a Difference
Support the Account Manager with daily administrative and operational activities.
Follow up on customer emails and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Coordinate and track sample shipments with internal teams.
Maintain ongoing communication with customers to address inquiries and provide updates.
Manage and follow up on commercial and administrative documentation.
Update databases, reports, and tracking tools to ensure information accuracy.




Coordinate activities across multiple internal departments to meet customer expectations.
Proactively identify and follow up on open actions to ensure timely resolution.
Contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience and high service standards.

What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, or administrative roles.
Intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
High level of accountability and follow-through.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
