About The Internship

As a Human Resources Intern – Organizational Development, you'll support initiatives that strengthen our culture, enhance employee development, and improve the overall employee experience. You'll gain hands-on experience in training coordination, organizational development, employee engagement, and internal communications, while working alongside experienced HR professionals in a global manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and coordination of employee training programs
Assist with organizational development and employee engagement initiatives
Create and maintain internal communication materials, presentations, newsletters, and digital content
Help organize training sessions, workshops, and company events
