Accountabilities:





As a Senior Paralegal, you will support global legal operations by ensuring efficient contract management, compliance processes, and corporate administration. You will act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, helping streamline workflows and reduce legal risks through strong organization and analytical skills.
- Manage the review, processing, and tracking of standard commercial agreements, including NDAs, employment agreements, contractor agreements, and equity-related documents, ensuring timely turnaround.
- Support contract lifecycle management by maintaining accurate databases, coordinating signatures, handling amendments, extensions, and terminations, and improving document accessibility.
- Analyze contractual risks and collaborate with legal team members to identify potential issues and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
