Accountabilities





The Senior Technical Recruiter will own technical hiring initiatives while progressively adopting AI-driven recruiting practices and contributing to the development of next-generation talent acquisition workflows.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for mid-to-senior technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Technical Product positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to define hiring needs, calibrate candidate profiles, and support successful hiring strategies.
- Source, engage, assess, and close highly qualified technical candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication, consultative guidance, and strong stakeholder management.
